BRONTE SCHOOL

Bronte Primary School were experiencing several issues with their current IT infrastructure and support. This included poor internal and external network connectivity, a failing server infrastructure, poor response times and no personal awareness from the current support company. They were looking for advice and guidance on the direction to take their internal IT.
We provided Bronte with our 3 core services enabling us to design, implement and support an improved overall IT solution for the school.


IT Management
  • We sat with the Head and his management team to analyse the current issues
  • We worked with Bronte to design a solution that was right for their need and budget
  • Management of external IT related companies (e.g. Internet Provider, Telecoms)
  • Frequent updates between our management team and Bronte

On-Site

  • Full upgrade of the networking infrastructure, including firewall, wireless and switching technologies
  • Full upgrade of Server infrastructure so as to provide a safe and useable environment for both teachers and students to work from
  • Full upgrade and deployment of teacher's machines
  • Full upgrade and deployment of student's ICT suite

Helpdesk
  • Unlimited use of the help desk
  • Administration and maintenance of the server and network infrastructure
  • Purchasing of all IT Software and Hardware
  • Fully documented and managed processes
  • Regular Backup checks
